In April, Wandong Medical published its financial results for Q1 2021. These show that sales began to contract during the quarter although this is relative to a tough comparable as sales growth was +55% in Q1 2020. Total sales reached CNY 0.24 bn, compared with CNY 0.25 bn during Q1 2020, a decrease of approximately -4% year-on-year. On a trailing 12-month basis, sales growth remained positive at +4.8% year-on-year.
