Who we hire

We are a small team punching well above our weight. We know how important it is to hire smart, talented people with experience and potential, and we’ve built a fantastic team doing exactly that. Just having the ‘right’ background or qualifications isn’t enough though; you have to be driven, always learning and really care about what you do.

Choice of Location

Right now, during the pandemic, all of our analysts work remotely i.e. at home or at the location they choose. If you would like to work from Hawaii, that’s okay with us.

Research Support

Our senior analysts have access to research support staff, allowing them to delegate tasks and focus on what they do best; delivering value to clients. Senior analysts are responsible for their own desk P&L.
